Titanium Dutch Hooks (Single)

The Dutch hook is to the continuous ridge line what the Dutch clip is to webbing suspension. Made of titanium this little mighty hook will hold up to the strongest winds and only weighs 0.4 grams. It ties or splices to the end of your 1.75mm tarp line and you just simply reach around the tree and hook the line. A tarp flyz in the other side completes the ridgeline. You can also put the Dutch hook on prussiks and you have a quick release to detach your tarp from your ridgeline.

Please Note: It is the user’s responsibility to inspect suspension for wear and proper installation.

    Tiny but mighty

Fantastic clips for small diameter line (I am using them on a 2.0mm line for my rainfly). I don’t think they would work on a line any larger than 2.0mm, but 2.0 or smaller and these clips are absolutely perfect. They are strong enough for the tension I put on my rainfly, and they are practically weightless.

    Is fantasmagoric even a word?

Well, what can I say. Titanium is the next best thing to Vibranium, and they do exactly what I need them to do. You need a hook that hooks to 1.75 Dyneema? Well, you found your thing. Actually very useful and helped simplify things for me. Thanks. Sir dutch is a genius

keep tarp ridgeline above hammock straps

With Dutch hooks on each end of my ridge line I can go around tree and hook it on string.i do this on both ends. I have stingers on other end of string which clips on tarp.iuse stingers to tighten. Tip: leave a little slack in ridge line. It will tighten when pull corners.results will be tarp ridge close to hammock ridgeline
